nope, unless you download a mod that lets you do it

If you want, you can enable creative menu then get the dyes you want that way.

Before you scrap or sell clothes you don’t need, remember to remove the dye. They don’t add value, and soon enough you’ll have a stockpile of every color. Also, when you’re looting and running out of space, put the dyes on your tools to free up more inventory slots.

You can also scrap unwanted dye to paint now, which is pretty nice.

If you can find a Savage Country clothing store, you’ll have every dye you ever need after one pass through, just from stripping the dyes from clothes. There’s just a ridiculous number of clothes racks in them.

Indeed. I found enough black dye for my clothes and red dye for my tools/weapons that I never need dye again.
