Wasteland Treasures 4 Pure Mineral Water?

I'm playing Alpha 19 on Navezgane. Does anyone know if there's a better location to look for this magazine. I haven't been able to find it in this playthrough or my last one. I'm currently in the day 50's and I believe last time I checked game stage 160. Thanks for any help.

I believe that at this point, all perk books have the same chance of spawning, wherever perk books are found.

The best method for getting books that I've found is using Nerdy Glasses to get your Int to 10 and Better Barter to 5. With the glasses on, you can see the best Secret Stash at each trader, and with the glasses off (Int goes down to 9, so Better Barter goes down to 4), you can see the Secret Stash below best (this is an entirely different selection of high-end stuff). Every few days you do a circuit of all the Traders.

You can do a similar system/exploit with Int at 7 and 5.

Crack a book stores, there are several on that map. I get 90% of my books/schematics from there.

Honestly, I find the majority of my books and schematics in trash, discarded boxes, trashcans, mail boxes, cars, and other seemingly innocuous places. I get mostly paper in the early levels from bookshelves. I really didn't start seeing books and schematics from actual bookshelves in Crack-a-Books, POIs, the Cathedral and such until after Gamestage 50 or so. You'd get the occasional one in a bookshelf, but for the most part... paper. I don't mind that too much, blunderbuss ammo and all. Anyway, I feel ya...
