How to level up trader mission tiers?

Do I just have to keep doing them to see new level tiers? Is it connected to a skill I have to spend points on? Thanks

Do 5 quests. Then do 5 more; Repeat till max tier. I think they need to be of the same tier you're on; Or at least that lower tiers count for less than 1...At least I'd swear as much, but i think someone told me otherwise at one point. But the main thing remains; Do 5 quests.

Uhh...So do I do 5 fetch quests or 5 tier one of any kind to get tier 2? But OK i'll do more quests. =]

5 of any trader quest; Buried supplies, fetch, fetch/clear, clear, doesn't matter. As long as it's a trader quest from a trader it'll count. Quests accepted from notes don't count though, i think.

There may only be one problem to keep in mind however. Since quests tiers are also tied to specific POI types; the quest location variety will also depend on where the trader is located and what is nearby. Folks have reported and complained about getting later quests that direct them to the same buildings every time due to being the only eligible locations.

Also, as you tier up, you ONLY get quests from that newly unlocked tier. It doesn't select from previous tiers. Clear T1, you only get T2 quests. Clear T2? All you get is T3. This -could- lead to a situation where you get all the way up to T5 and a Fetch quest sends you to the same massive factory every time, since it's possibly the only T5 building in range.

Yep. And TFP have realized that variety would be more fun than all T5’s, so expect this to change eventually.

No only quests specifically received from the trader count. THe only requirement is that you do the highest tier available
