Report a translation problem
In case someone else runs across this, one thing I've tried but not gotten around to testing is using the Windows registry/policy to force a priority. I know this works for some AV software. Methodology more or less covered yonder:
edit: NVM, I did manage to get it into the state where I could send a PM to you. Think maybe the Steam Linker service was being screwy that day, and now that it works, I can PM. Though, it's still being wonky, as described in said PM (still no permission to open my own profile).
Again, I do suggest trying to make a new account yourself, and seeing how it goes. Think ya got the new user restrictions set a tad too high. I run a forum myself, so I know the Russian spammers are in overdrive, but while a little paranoia is good...
