I was having trouble for a couple of days trying to figure out why 7 days to die wont run on my friends computer with steam activated. But I have now noticed the log points to this file in the heading. I tried unregistering and registering the file again but windows says it cant load the file. The error still occurs even on a fresh install of windows and steam. Below is the error log

Eek, 2014, this post is more than dead! :D

Um..... from the top of my head I can't full recall what this issue was or how we fixed it. Thinking about it, it could be do to with the install location or the ownership of the folder location.

Personally, I'd go for trying a different folder, outside of program files, like x:/Games and see if that works, as messing with ownership can get a bit messy!

Looking at the name, this was my partners computer, so I'll ask them if they can recall and update here if they come up with anything.

But hope this information helps somewhat! :D
