Why can't I get access to the MY7DTD section? -- This section is for people who contributed on Kickstarter or purchased on the Main Site before the game existed on Steam. If you bought the game on Steam, or already have your Steam game working, then the MY7DTD section of the Main site has no further purpose for you. That section of the website and the registration to that section of the website used to be done with pre-Steam keys. It used to house the download for the non-Steam version of the game. That version of the game is no longer produced. Once Steam was added the only remaining function for that portion of the website is to allow such people to convert their older pre-Steam key to a Steam key. You do not need to join that section of the website to view any news posts or to read the forum. Further you don't need to join that part of the website to join the forum. You also do not need to join the forum to read the forum.

I think it is suppose to show up right away...but yeah im getting the same thing. Just refreshes back to the same screen with now empty spaces.

Mine is not working when i put the key into convert to steam key it just loads for a minute then refreshes the page. I've tried this multiple times and checked my email please help.

That could be the problem. I didn't see a prompt that a pop-up was attempting to open, however. I'll try temporarily disabling my pop-up blocker.

I'm having the same problem, when I enter my code it refreshes the page and replaces the key with the blanks

Both me and my boyfriend keep copying it and pasting it, but nothing happens. It pretty much just refreshes the page over and over again.

Okay. Disabled pop-up blocker, allowing all scripts, allowing all cookies, still the same issue. Just going to hope this didn't screw up my key so I can continue playing on the old version until it's fixed & I can still get a Steam key. I'd prefer playing on Steam, but it seems this isn't exactly an option at this point... >.<

I use Firefox with Adblock Plus and no problem.

It's probably a bug on the site.

Is there a way to get the key not from email when i got this game from kickstarter a couple weeks later i have been unable to access my email and thats the one i used for 7 days to die is there a way to send it to another email? if not i will just have to deal with it
