Behemoth Zombie Please dont Give up on him make him a Boss Zombie
Please Dev's Dont scarp the Behemoth Zombie, I really Think this game needs a Boss Zombie, and Behemoth zombie would be Great for a First boss Fight, Behemoth Zombie should be able to Smash Through your base with ease, The Behemoth Zombie should be a Boss Battle and have it's own Combat/Boss Music when you encounter it, and There should be a Big HP Health Bar on the screen showing the Bosses HP, thats how you know its a Boss By the Big HP Bar on top of the screen,

The Boss Zombies should Spawn as its own Wave, and not be attached to the Blood Moon waves,

Be cool If like every 25 days a Boss zombie wave Spawns, during the Day time, the Behemoth zombie spawns and some extra zombies spawn with it as well, then every 25 days it get harder and Harder, More zombies spawn with the Behemoth boss zombie, and then Maybe every 100 days it adds anther Behemoth, so now by day 100 2 Behemoth zombies spawn and then by day 200 3 Behemoth zombies spawn, and so on, and maybe If you add more types of Boss zombies, you could fight the Next boss instead of Behemoth

Lets make the Behemoth zombies a Boss and Force to wrecking with,

Behemoth zombie stats,
10k HP
2000 Block damage, This thing will eat your base,
200 melee damage, or just always 1 shot players
Slow movement speed,
slow Attack speed,
And lets say this thing is 5 Blocks Tall Massive Boss

I really want a Boss Zombie in this game and i think it will be really cool to have a Big Boss attack your base, and then you gotta use everything you have to defend your base from being wiped out from the Boss,

Cause right now Theres notthing in the game that can Break my base, my base right now 10 concrete blocks tick, and i just keep adding more and more layers so pretty much, i can afk now without any traps and the Blood Moon zombies cant even Break into my base because its sooo tick with concrete walls it would take them years it seems, and it's so easy to fill the damage back up before the next 7 days spawn,

So a Boss zombie wave every 25 days would be epic, I want to have Fear of loseing everything when being attacked, and a Boss Zombie Wave would be just the thing this game is missing

The biggest obstacle to having a physically large enemy was how to get it to navigate the world, e.g. fitting through doorways and whatnot and looking good while doing so. We did get Grace as a boss enemy, but she’s limited to a POI where the devs can control the environment. In other words, she gets her own boss arena.

Player bases can take any shape, since it’s a sandbox. So we got the Demolisher instead: a zombie with amped up block damage yet with human-sized proportions. The way I think of it these days, the Demolisher IS the Behemoth. If your base can shrug off Demolishers, chances are it could already withstand whatever a proposed Behemoth could dish out.

The one thing that may still change the game where enemies are concerned is bandits. They intend to add a story along with bandits, so I have to imagine we’ll see some sort of climactic showdown against a big bad bandit king or similar enemy.

Bandit leader could be Duke... the guy who stranded us here

just download a mod for it

not a good idea imo. during bloodmoon you're focused on the biggest blob of zombies. it is possible it could go unnoticed from another direction and breach your base with 2000 block damage it would basically mean reinforced concrete is useless and by the time you turn around to defend it is already too late and the rest of the horde runs inside.

I'd be all for the devs reviving the behemoth, but what you're proposing would probably kill the game for a lot of people. It wouldn't be a boss so much as a map clearing monstrosity, which if spawned as part of a hoard would be completely unavoidable for those who already find the normal hoards to be enough trouble.

Thats why i said the Boss wave does not spawn as a Blood Moon, it has its own spawn wave, Every 25 days, Boss wave spawns or 50 days or somthing like that, Plus epic Boss music is playing while hes alive and the Music only goes away once it dies so you know its comming, Also i was just throwing out stats to make it harder but yea Devs could Balance it better, and maybe the boss Scales, so the first Boss is weaker, but as the days go on the Boss scales stronger and Stronger making him harder to kill,

you could just make the Boss Zombie Focus more on Breaking stuff, so if anything is in it's pathway he will Focus on breaking the Blocks in hes way before trying to get to the player, he just Smashes hes own pathway, towards the player, and if the Player is Super high up in a Tower, maybe the Behemoth could be the Counter to people towering high up so high, the Behemoth could just smash the tower down to the ground and the player falling to hes death or he has a escape route built and gets away safely,

I just think this games needs a Boss zombie to Counter Peoples Impossible defence builds that zombie cant handle at all,

Demolishers are good but at the same time they have Low HP and die pretty fast,

like This boss Zombie has alot of HP its a Tank, it will eat hundreds of bullets and still come for more,

just download a mod for it

Thing is Mods take to much work to download and install on to your game and there not always safe to download you can get virus froms mods, i got a virus once from a Minecraft mod so i dont trust mods at all,

and then when a new Update comes out your World is pretty much gone until the Mod maker updates there Mod, so its never a good thing,

Plus i play with my friend and he refuses to download mods, i tryed to get him to get RL Craft so many times but for some reason he doesn't wanna download mods, hes a Noob when it comes to computers so addings Mods is super hard for him, and yea so he gave up and wont try ever again

If you want an actual challenge you want a small fast enemy that attacks in swarms. A lumbering low-agility enemy that gets stuck on terrain and you just empty a M60 drum mag into is super easy and boring.

Here's an idea - infected rats. Smaller than the rabbit, and faster. Low health individually, but attacks in swarms of 50 or more. Has a leap attack within 3m or so. Bite does low damage but can cause fast super-infection.

Can climb most vertical surfaces, move through imperfections in homemade doors, and chew through wood. Totally unaffected by most traps, such as spikes or barbed wire, electric fences, or blade traps. Sleep tight, kids.

And I feel a mod coming on once the game releases. Probably wouldn't be hard using a scaled down rabbit model.

That will be more feasible in A20, when zombies in general can navigate through one block tall holes.

Although the infected rat idea is a doable idea but they will be super annoying like the jumping spider like zombie. I don't normally have any issues with the game in general but that zombie is as super annoying as flies in summer (when you are cooking dinner). I think infected conjoined twins would be an idea especially if they are as grotesque as the fat tourist and that Louis Griffen lady combined, with a hint of that infected doberman dog.

I like the idea of having some Boss Zombies, maybe not Behemoth though that will ruin and demolish everything.
aequitas 16/jan./2021 às 6:47
the base game has to be focus on survival , you can add color in with a lot of mods no problem . no way a f... big red bar pop up when i see a boss no f... wow. grafik atmo micro mechanic ,thats the way.
Jim Lahey 16/jan./2021 às 7:03
Why not just bring back the Hornets then. And have them attack in massive swarms.
