I figured that only applied to the Junk Turret and Sledge.. kinda lame if it messes with all of them.
Awesome, thanks for confirming that (I couldn't find a direct answer on any 7 days websites)
For example if your defensive position has you on an elevated platform shooting down at zombies, you could put a turret at each corner and then wherever you're fighting there would be one nearby to lay suppressing fire.
Or if your setup relies on channeling zombies along a path, you may want an autosledge set up at one or more strategic locations to push zombies off ramps or walkways.
Have fun! and show us your base design once you're done.
1) SMG and Shotgun turrets count as Electric Traps, so they won't give you exp for their kills unless you've invested heavily into Advanced Engineering.
2) Robotic Turrets deactivate when their ammo or durability run out. Even if you haven't invested in Robotics, feel free to place several of these turrets close to you, and when the closest exhausts itself it'll go to sleep and let the next closest take over.
Will zambies attack SMG/Shotgun turrets?
Or can I place them off by themselves (out of my sight) and they'll be okay?
