Add dye crafting

Hi everyone. Developers, please add dye crafting to the official game. I just don’t want to install mods, but it takes too long to find the right colors, you know.
Changed: Yes, dyes appear quite often, but I can’t find a set of several identical dyes, namely black dye, and this just annoys me.
Fans, upvote so the developers can see it.

You can't paint your clothes and vehicles, only dye.

I just loot a clothing store. You end up with fair enough amounts of it. Less now that in previous builds, but it isn't a huge shortage.

So what's the difference? If you can dye your clothes, armour, and other gear by slotting in a bottle of dye like a mod, then painting them is redundant.

Regardless, yes, I agree that we should be able to craft dyes from paint. Maybe paint and boiled water? Or a pigment item (blueberries) with boiled water?

I loted Super Savage County in my current run (The massive clothing store)
I am swimming in clothing and cloth fragments .... and i have crate full of Brown dyes and not any other one from that run. That's all I'm getting in clothing loot in my games .. brown dyes and sometimes extremely rarely other colors.

So no ... DO please add dye crafting at some point.
I'm sick of relying on RNG for simple cosmetic customization and getting only Brown dyes and once in a blue moon when stars align one of the other colors.

I'll +1 this. While a relatively minor thing, they're unnecessarily hard to find (especially the black dye) for a cosmetic item.

We know clothing and armor is getting a complete overhaul next alpha, so how dyes work could change radically.

All items must be repainted white. The current paint system paints to black. It cannot be painted white.
