Quicker placing?

I'm trying to build but the current system takes way too long to place a block and it makes creative boring because it takes too long to even make a small building. Is there any way to get around this or will there be a change coming?

More or less as fast as I can click really, it can get very repetative if you have alot of blocks :/

Hold down the right mouse button and walk backwards....each placement doesn't need it's own click. I know it's not as fast as MineCraft placement but there are many structural integrity checks that take place whenever a block is placed in this game. The time delay between each placement might be intentional for the system to calculate and catch up.

I know its not the answer you were looking for but as far as I know, there's no way to speed it up.

Its flattering but installing my entire mod pack just for the autowall is a bit far. Lol. Luckily I have this:

AutoWall: Semi-Automatic Wall Building[7daystodie.com]

You place the block and it will automatically "grow" up like a tower. Makes building much faster depending on what it is you're trying to build. Saves you from having to place every single block by hand.

Specifically the Admin Tool which looks like a stone axe is very useful. I use it all the time and makes creative building a lot easier since I can destroy misplaced blocks with one swing.

Hi any new mod that help to construct a base ?
Need some help to like complete a floor with blocks, i already clear the area so now only need a faster way to place the blocks.
