That wasn't the reason, why are you making stuff up? The reason stated by devs was because she didnt fit into very many places and was extremely out of place outside of a few areas. The new party girl can spawn almost anywhere and not look out of place.

Well, no.. It was primarily replaced because Stripper zombies just don't fit in most of the POI's in the game; Party girls you might expect to find at just about any venue. But strippers pretty much only make sense at the strip joint POI. There may have been some secondary consideration for nudity, But it was primarily that the stripper just didn't make sense in the vast majority of locations.

I apologize, I didn't know the "Official press release." I am only trying to speculate on their thought process.

Kinda disappointing that "Nudity" wasn't their primary reason.
