Trader Rekt
Isn't there a way to torture or even kill trader Rekt. He cusses me out every time I go to him. I just want to do the most evil things to him. There has to be a way of blowing up him and his place lol I just hate that trader. I've started new games because it sent me to him first. Why the devs made him cuss out the people who buy the game I dont have a clue.

:D Different traders have different personalities, and he's called 'Rekt' for a reason. That said, they do warm up to you the more work you to. Even him. He just becomes slightly less of a ♥♥♥♥ :D

Not sure if this still works, but I have seen someone say they left the doors open to a trader and he died. So apparently, zeds got in and maybe climbed over the counter and killed him in that example ?

Dunno, but would be pretty funny. Then you could say "get Rekt, Trader Rekt." :steamhappy:

I don't know if it worked in the past, but now he's as invulnerable as his base. Go into debug, spawn a few feral wights behind the counter to keep him company and they make so much noise beating on him you can't really hear his insults. As long as you don't get too close to the counter you can safely conduct your business.

Eh, leave all the doors open. I've had a zombie get in one trader shack a couple of builds ago, and must have killed him.
Every time I'd go there, during normal hours, it would boot me out like it was closed. Finally saw no Trader there any longer.
Had to spawn one from the cheat menu, and forcibly shove him inside his compound walls. Then I could buy and sell again.

Traders have been invulnerable since like a17 (if not before). So you most likely encountered a bug for that to have happened.

Yeah... It didnt work like I hoped. Just wish I could do something about that dirty mouth of his. Trader Rekt needs to be deleted lol
