How to edit console commands?

Since the giveself command based on count=1 but there are useful bundles of items like ammobundles which contains 100 ammos.

Like "giveself oldCash 500" and it gives 500 seperated packages and each package contains 1 oldCash, so you will be have to collect 500 packages from ground to get that money, well what about; edit that command to make 1 package that contains 500 oldCash? You can collect 1 package from ground and it contains 500 oldCash like ammo bundles?
Such edits like that I'm looking for.

Have you tried Creative Mode? It’s like what you want, but through a graphical user interface instead of through the console. Enable it with cm in console, then close the console and press u.

Hi there, thank you for your reply, much appreciated. Should I turn cheats on server setup menu before starting the game? Else if I am admin, can I activate it without restarting game?

Either way. I just tried it, and I was able to turn on creative mode by typing cm in console, even on a game with Cheat Mode turned off. So turning Cheat Mode on in the settings does the same thing.
