Any RTX 3080 owners here?
Slim chance I know, but I'm curious how the performance is in 7D2D if so...

:edit:

Got a 3080. Paired with a Ryzen 3700X I run ultra everything at a steady 120fps, even in cities. (run my 144hz monitor @ 120hz/1440p)

On Bloodmoon I've seen it dip down to around the 90's. All in all, very happy.

No stock anywhere. More should arrive in October.

If I could find one to buy I'd be glad to answer, but EFFEN scalpers are at it again.

I couldn't say, but I would remind people that in general this game is more dependent on the strength of your CPU and hard disk than other, non-voxel games.

You're not gonna be like the last guy and stick this in a rig with a 10 year old processor and expect 7dtd to run smooth as butter, are you?

You NEED a good processor and preferably an SSD.

3700X and a 1TB nvme currently. Will probably still upgrade to Zen 3 tho, depending on reviews.

Just as a followup, in case anyone is looking for numbers on these new cards... I finally had my 3080 (Asus TUF) delivered yesterday.

@ 1440p - ultra/max everything, I'm hitting my monitor refresh cap of 120fps in most areas. Some places do dip down to 100-110fps.

Feels like a whole new game! (upgraded from a 970)

I'm giving the facts. That's the way this game is, and will be, even as new hardware comes to market. For the typical specs on a computer used to play games, the GPU isn't the bottleneck for 7DtD anyway.

Yeah & if like me you play this game & are on either the Ryzen 3900x or the 3950x disable SMT in Bios as it does make a big difference to the game atleast until they update unity past that issue

Seen mods say an i9 9900k isnt good enough to protect the game lol

I've got a 1080ti & i7-10700k and it's a solid 70 fps average right now. I didn't test this setup on a blood moon yet though, and we all know fps tanks when 30 zombies come out...

Yeah, that'll be the real test for me...
