Hopefully Steam won't flag the link as spam.
I play a game Called Kenshi, which is actually a rather bare game but I learned you can go to the steam workshop, look up Kenshi, and add mods made by the community that REALLY make the game complete.
However, When i go to the mod workshop and look up this game title, nothing comes up. Is there a different process for modding in this game thats user friendly?

Modlets are pretty easy to install. You can also use Spherii's mod launcher[7d2dmodlauncher.org].
