Vive Trackers shut down, steam status blinking (not tracking)
I'm doing some development on Virtual Production using VIVE trackers, Unreal Engine and STEAM. I have been running into a problem where every so often when I am working, all my trackers will stop tracking. In the STEAM status window their icons are all blinking and say "not tracking". However looking at the trackers and base stations they all still have green lights. I have the "auto shut off" setting in steam set to never.

This might have something to do with my setup. I have all the trackers plugged in via USB to keep them powered and when I am working on the software but they do go for awhile without being moved. When this happens all the trackers go down at once, the only way I've found to get them back is to unplug the USB cable and plug it back in. Curiously, I don't have to unplug ALL the cables, usually just unplugging/replugging one of the trackers brings them all back up. But sometimes I have to do this to more than one tracker.

I am reading the trackers fairly frequently, but they might sit in the same place for some time.

I do have all the tracker dongles plugged in, but with the trackers plugged into USB maybe they are not being used? I have a vive pro headset plugged in and 4 base stations setup.

Is this some kind of power management thing I've missed or maybe a peculiarity of how steam handles USB connected trackers?

Way back in November I would sometimes see a tracker shut down if it was sitting still for awhile, but moving it would bring it back. I think the problem I just described is fairly recent, I've noticed it off and on since April.
