235 of 13ms in Performance Graph- Unplayable lag with Quest 2 link

I have been having a nightmare of a time getting Quest 2 to work with link. Virtual desktop works fine but link has been awful. After weeks I was finally able to get it work but once the Steam VR game starts, its super jumpy and the Performance Graph is pure red and off the charts literally. It was at 325 of 13m/s last time. My specs are well above what is needed so I'm not sure what settings would have to be wrong for it to be that overworked. Any assistance would be GEATLY appreciated!!

this is an issue with steam vr home itself, ive been looking EVERYWHERE for a fix and nothing has came out, its just horribly optimized, you have to just disable "steam vr home on startup" if you want anything to be playable
