steamVR 2.10 ''Quick recenter via system button long press.'' not working.

Hi, in both beta and now stable branch I am still unable to use or manually set a recentre function to buttons;

from the release notes:
''Quick recenter now available system-wide via system button long press.''
this is still not available to select with a pico neo 3 link via display port (direct mode to steam vr)
only clicking on the on screen recenter UI button in the dashboard can you apply a recenter.

as the function does not work, I have hunted through steam vr binding options to manually set this, but this has also not been added as a binding on either 'roomsetup' or 'vr dashboard' binding pages for system or normal button presses, only toggle dashboard available ( and that works naturally anyway )

ISSUE
The steam VR Recenter function is not available in the custom bindings options.

STEPS
Select steamVR settings- manage controller bindings- custom- edit this binding
Select 'VR dashboard' from the manage controller binding dropdown
select system actions tab
customise system button binding, either complex or normal button press
observe no available option to recenter.

RESULTS
even though steam VR now apparently supports system wide recenter, it does not have option to bind this, leaving headsets like pico neo 3 link stuck to using the on screen UI to do so.

EXPECTED
allow custom binding for this option, so this recenter function can be applied like existing options to show dashboard/ complex buttons which are working.

UPDATE

i have found where this new option is placed, my feedback is this should have just been added to the system action binding choices, its extremely hidden away especially viewing on desktop, the slider bar is near invisible.

I have the same problem that i can't turn off my controlers and play at the same time
