[Major] Pico Neo 3 critical errors everywhere STEAMVR

ISSUE
Pico Neo 3 headset won't work with SteamVR after version 1.20.0, multiple errors, critical errors and steam itself completely crashing.

STEAMVR VERSIONS TESTED
1.20.0 (CRASH)
1.21.0 BETA (CRASH)
1.21.0 (CRASH)
1.22.0 BETA (CRASH)
1.15.12 (CRASH)

SPECS
Windows 11
Ryzen 5 3500
GT 710 (Worked fine in games such as Gorilla Tag VR before 1.20.0)
16GB RAM

STEPS
1. Open PicoVR Streaming Assistant
2. Open SteamVR

RESULTS
It either works for a few seconds before crashing then the screen in the headset freezes or it doesn't work at all and shows a critical error message, error messages with error codes or both...all of which results in the pico and gamepad addons to be blocked

EXPECTED
SteamVR should have open fine just like the version before it was broken.

TROUBLESHOOTING METHODS TRIED
1. Trying different SteamVR versions
2. Running Steam as administrator
3. Trying different PicoVR Streaming Assistant versions
4. Running PicoVr Streaming Assistant as administrator
5. Running both Steam and PicoVR Streaming Assistant as administrator
6. Verifying SteamVR file integrity on all versions tested
7. Going into the steam folder and editing the vrsettings to disable safemode
8. Updating Nvidia drivers
9. Changing PhysX to gpu
10. Using wired connection in PicoVR Streaming Assistant
11. Setting everything to lowest settings in PicoVR Streaming Assistant
12. Uninstalling and reinstalling SteamVR
13. Turning off firewall
14. Changing firewall settings for Steam, SteamVR and PicoVR Streaming Assistant

To solve that issue, you have to go to settings, Monitor, Graphic, change Graphic and DISABLE hardware acceletarion.
