Can not change refresh rate in steamvr via steam link on quest 3
How to reproduce:
Run latest steamvr (regular or beta) via steamlink
Open vr settings
Press on buttons for change refresh rate -> nothing happens, I'm stuck to 72hz

Ryzen 5600x, rx7900xt, 32gb ram, Win10 with latest updates.

This release feels very buggy and odd, I got a bunch of new dx driver errors, vr server freezes all the time and etc. Looks like I was forced to use openxr again
