Quest 2 Steam Link crashes if bandwidth exceeds/is set to a certain amount on certain PCs

On my PC (AMD GPU seems to be the consistent factor in several similar cases), if the target bandwidth is set to around 100 (maybe increased on higher quality PCs?) the Error Code 200 will always appear and prevent the user from accessing any games or applications they launch on the Quest 2 Steam Link app, even if the game and applications are opening and running perfectly fine on the computer. The error says that the host PC has stopped connecting to the steam link app and must be restarted.

This can be fixed by setting the target bandwidth to 100 mbps or lower, but the errors will persist if the bandwidth exceeds that amount, resulting in consistent crashes on demanding multiplayer or always-online games.
