Steam VR keeps opening whenever I play Roblox

I have no clue why or what I pressed, but whenever I try to play any game on Roblox, SteamVR opens and tries to detect a VR, it's been happening suddenly today and I don't know how to fix this

same it didnt used to do this i tried to do the status check thing but it always reset the settings to 1 min instead of never

If you have Ivry Drive that might be the issue
as it tries to find a mobile device it'll scan the area and if it cant it'll tell you and then open steam vr to see if it'll work at least thats my guess.

This is happening to me too, I can't seem to figure out how to fix it.
Edit: If you open the Roblox Desktop app it doesn't open steam vr, but if you open it from the website it does

Uninstalling steam vr seems to fix it 😅

I just found it out by watching a video by KonekoKitten. It's apparently just a bug going around with Roblox users that have previously used a steam VR, and hopefully they'll fix it soon

it is because Roblox is a game able to be played on a VR headset and your steam VR is detecting that and opening it because it thinks you want to play VR, hopefully it will be fixed soon.
