Steam VR crashing
I had had issues recently whereby Steam VR randomly crashes whilst I am racing on Iracing. It is ever so slightly frustrating.

Honestly not sure what else to say, there's no information to go on here except the game you played. If you expect them to solve any bugs regarding your crashes you should probably provide at least system specs, software versions, a system report and steps to reproduce.
