Does Valve even check this bug report forum?

Demonstration with Space Pirate Trainer (its subtle, but way more noticeable in VR itself):

SteamVR 1.15.15
CPU: Ryzen 7 3800XT
GPU: GTX 1660 Super (DDU > Clean Install Driver 446.14 - Recommended by Valve, still has issues.)
Performance metrics are fine in SteamVR, showing frametimes in green and within requirements for the headset (12.5ms/80hz), it really just seems to be a tracking/sync issue that isn't a problem in OpenComposite and native Oculus, for whatever reason.
SteamVR: 1.15.15
CPU: i5 9600k
GPU RTX 2080 OC
Headset: Oculus Quest 2 & Oculus Rift S
Things I have tried:
- updating everything to the newest Version available
- changing priority of OVRServer.exe to high
- downgrading my Nvidia driver to 446 as there is a VR related bug in 460
- setting render resolutions to 100% in SteamVR and Oculus Link
- disabling supersampling in SteamVR settings
- resetting all changes I've made through the Oculus Debug Tool
- changing the USB cable
- disabling vsync in Nvidia Control Panel
- uninstalling geforce experience (it was never installed)
- making sure every game overlay there is on my pc is disabled
- reinstalling Windows with nothing installed except Oculus and Steam
PC-Specs:
- r5 3600
- GTX 1070Ti
- 16gb @ 3000mhz
- all VR games installed on SSD
- USB 3.1 cable with 2.5Gbs for Oculus Link
- Windows 10 v2004
I hope a dev will look into this. I can provide some logs if needed.

Waistless's video is the perfect example of the issue. Visually its slight but it makes the tracking feel rough. I also noticed that it seems to come and go in waves of sorts. It will gradually go from minimal to bad and continue cycling. Its like the tracking timing is out of sync or something
Quest 2 over Oculus Link. Not in any betas.
