Absolutely none of my VR games work anymore!

I've just spent hours first doing a Windows refresh then a full factory reset, thinking it was a Windows problem, but it turns out the latest version of Steam VR is just plain broken. It doesn't start up, and when I try to open a Steam game from the Microsoft house, it loops into the opening sequence (small flying white triangles) then back to the house then flying triangles, over & over. Very annoyed.
Is there anyway to revert back to the old version and prevent it from updating?

Got ya. So annoying. We're in lockdown at the moment, and now my VR games don't work. Not great :(
What headset do you use? Mine is a Dell Visor WMR with 2070 MaxQ. It's been working perfectly for months now, then suddenly this problem, after running updates.

I can get my Oculus to work for about two minutes then SteamVR fails and won't restart.

Hey guys, I found a workaround :)
Go to Library and find Steam VR, click on the gear, select Properties, and in the Betas tab select enable Public Beta. This will update your Steam VR to 1.11.3
Then do the same with Windows Mixed Reality for Steam, and enable the IKG beta. If IKG doesn't work, try Public Beta.
Everything loads a bit slow, but at least I'm playing again!

i can get a bit further then you, steamvr starts, games starts, but all games crash the same way. All games freeze to a static image then crashes to desktop...sometimes resets the pc.

I got the rift s, What I have done was repair the oculus software which redownloaded the software. Put the games on an ssd, opt in for beta releases and it seems like the issue has gone so far.

edit/update: still crashes.
