SteamLink connection timing out

I found something that i believe to be a bug, i was trying to connect my quest 2 on my pc as always, but for some reason i was disconnecting everytime, and when i could get in the vr chat would time out and after 5min the steam link too.

I did some research and tried everything i could, switch to beta, reinstall everything, tweak settings on my router, but nothing seemed to work.

I could fix going to the Vr settings inside steamvr, scrolling down to steam link and switching the bandwitch and everything from manual to automatic. I used the 300m/s option cause my internet is 500m/s, but the instability was unbearable, after switching for automatic i didnt get disconnected anymore, but i'd seem to be kinda laggy?

My pc config is:

r5 4500
rx 6600
16gb ram 3200mhz
motherboard gigabyte A520m S2H

Not like the Airlink from meta, that you can change the bandwitch on the homescreen, the steam version is kinda hidden, i didnt found anyone with the same problem i was having, maybe im dumb, but im writing this for someone who may have the same issues as i do <3
