It's common for Universal C Runtime Base (ucrtbase) to seem like the problem from the error message, when in fact it is the module reporting a general buffer overflow caused by something else, commonly a third party driver.

Thank you for the answer. Do there is any way to actually know exactly what causes the issues?

I'm still getting this now. it happens to me when I'm on VRchat for any period of time. suddenly it says that connection is lost, but it's still running on my pc, but so laggy that it crashes.
Based on other recent posts, I'd suspect you have motion smoothing enabled and it's causing a GPU overflow. Disable motion smoothing or rollback GPU driver and re-test. And turn off window's Hardware Accelerated Graphics Scheduling and re-test.

I don't have the option for "motion smoothing" anywhere, also I have Hardware Accelerated Graphics turned off. but i'm still getting it.

connection is lost
If you are running a wireless HMD, test it wired to see if the wireless is the problem. It may be easier to test a different wireless channel first.
