Quest 2 + Link Cable + SteamVR = Locked to 60 FPS in VRChat? (Radeon RX6700XT)

When I play VRChat through SteamVR over Quest Link, my FPS seems locked to 60. When I launch VRChat directly through the Quest Link application (while still using the Link Cable), I get a smooth 120 FPS. What is it about SteamVR that is capping my frames in this game?

My settings:
-Render Resolution: I've set my headset to 100% resolution at 120Hz in both the Quest Link app and SteamVR.
-Advanced Supersample Filtering: Disabled in SteamVR.
-ASW: Disabled in the Oculus Debug Tool (no change).
-Radeon software: Disabled super resolution, fluid motion frames, anti-lag, enhanced sync, VSYNC, adaptive sync compatibility (under global display setting).

A video showing the issue (the jitter is from the capture, and the audio got very quiet at the end, but I didn't say anything you can't see on the graphs).
