Unable to launch SteamVR. Port 27062 is in use.
It asks me if I want to kill the process that uses that port but it doesn't do anything and I cannot properly launch SteamVR. I even did a clean reinstall of SteamVR to no avail.

If you have a windows app for playing android games, disable it and re-test.

Something was wrong with Steam overall so reinstalling it fixed it.
