Index Controllers Fingers not Tracking
I have went through steam support and was even sent an RMA replacement controllers but they are doing the same thing. Basically the finger tracking on my controllers are off I guess? I try to drum my hands and try the calibration for the controllers but none of my fingers move in any game. Steam support told me to try Steam VR Home and the Aperture Labs game and neither of them are tracking my finger movement. I did notice the controllers do not have a bind option for the fingers on the grip sensors, it just measures grab and force. I am really frustrated with this and would like some help, I feel steam support does not really know how to fix this. With it also happening with the replacement Controllers I am assuming it is a software issue. I am running a Pimax headset as well and there is no controller rebind or calibration in that program either. I have been using VR like this for over a year and this is just now happening.

Here is the video steam made me upload to YouTube describing my issue (sorry for the bad audio quality) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=beHLnaUuF3Q&t=88s

I have a similar issue dude, running similar setup, pimax 8k plus, index knuckles, and vive trackers. This started happening to me last year at the end of october, vrc had a update while I was away visiting family for the week, my controllers were working fine as usual all fingers tracked normal until I got back from my visit. Now my controllers on the steam home don't do what yours do but they are higher than where my hands are and will not finger track. On vrc they don't track either at all and any other game I have tried only to realize that the one game I have that did track fingers before switched tot the unreal engine and no longer trackers individual fingers from those controllers anymore.

This issue has frustrated me so much with many diags from vrc to base steam vr itself. I went on vrc support they told me to do some stuff, didn't work. I reinstalled steamvr ovr advance settings, vrc, nothing still no finger tracking input. I checked on the steam vr settings and it detects my fingers just barely touching the grip so I know the sensor isn't bad.
I even checked for updates, run steam as admin (I have to now since some games don't want to download onto my disc when it calls for a update). I make sure my pc is up to date too and gpu. I am at a loss with this matter and don't want to replace the controllers but I fear I may have to. I even unpaired and repaired them.

I still have to try it on half life alex but I sense it won't work on there either I have yet to contact steam support about this issue.
My controllers are 2 years old.
