Internet Windows in Valve Index look Morphed/Tilted when playing games!

This just started happening today! When I go into my Internet Browsing Window when playing games, like VR Chat, it appears as tho I am looking Upward at it, almost as if it is Tilted or Slouched!

It is both Disorienting and Nauseating! I've already tried many different fixes, such as

• covering the headset, tilting my head and uncovering it

• messing with the FOV

• restarting my PC

And more.

If anyone has any idea how I can fix this, please let me know.
