[Meta Quest 3, Steam Link] Audio not playing through headset

For a few months now, Steam Link audio hasn't been playing through my headset.

Steam Streaming Speakers (and Steam Streaming Microphone) are both available audio devices, so they're installed as far as I know. However, no matter which audio device I choose (in both Steam VR Settings and/or Windows audio settings) for an output, it doesn't play audio through the headset. I've also enabled Audio Mirroring in Steam VR settings.

Any help would be appreciated.

(All devices/drivers are up to date.)

nVidia RTX 2060 Super (8gb)
AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
16 GB DDR4 RAM

Both the Meta Quest 3 headset and Steam VR are on their latest versions. If any more info is needed, I'll provide it.

EDIT (Update): I tried the steps listed in this post (https://steamcommunity.com/app/250820/discussions/2/4034725980850415619/) , and it's still not working. In fact, the Steam Streaming Microphone and Speakers did not reinstall themselves.

EDIT2 (Update): I uninstalled SteamVR and re-installed it as well, no fix yet. After it reinstalled I verified the integrity of the files, no fix yet.
