right index controllers keeps losing tracking

a few days ago, my controller has suddenly been a huge pain, constantly losing tracking, it functions normally, buttons do what the buttons do, turns, evreything works, just wont track,
and evrey time i turn off and on, it restores the tracking only for it to be gone in a few seconds after
and apperantly the longer i have it turned off for, the longer it stays tracked, max i gotten it tracking without losing is 30 mins, give or take, i've tried an abundant of troubleshooting things, and non have worked, im going insane,

Prior fixes in the forums for Index right controller flying off:
1) USB bandwidth problem ( https://www.reddit.com/r/ValveIndex/comments/kylxvn/how_the_heck_do_i_hard_reset_the_index_controllers/ ). Common USB hogs are RGB and webcams.
2) If caused by haptics it's a controller defect
