How do I get better streaming quality to my quest 3?

When I use steam link it has worse quality than whats actually running on my pc. How do I make it look a little better (I can't have a wired connection from the wifi to the pc).

you could use a usb-c cable to connect to your pc, but make sure its long enough so you can play without it getting in your way. If you still want to use a wireless connection, i would (if possible) try moving closer to your wifi router. Also, try turning up settings through steam vr if you haven't already... Hello thanks for helping I bought one of those cables I couple days ago to connect but found that steam link didn't use it for some reason. Is there like an option I didn't click or something?

No problem! in order to use the cable to connect to steam, use the Meta desktop app to connect your MQ3 to your pc, which will then allow you to use steam vr and hopefully help with the performance. The steam link app is only for going from your MQ3/MQ2 straight to steam vr wirelessly. Here is a link to the article that Meta posted: https://www.meta.com/help/quest/articles/headsets-and-accessories/oculus-rift-s/install-app-for-link/ Install this and then connect to your pc using the cable. there also are some youtube videos/articles that will help guide you more thoroughly if needed.

It is still a little bit laggy but it’s way better than through my crappy WiFi. But the app itself sucks lol. I only have it so I can use a cable.
