Index Only one controller can connect at a time.

[Death Korps Guardsman]

Index HMD and controllers, can only get one controller to connect/pair at a time.

I've already tried

-Pairing both controllers again. First one paired normally, but when I clicked pair a second controller, it said that two controllers were already connected.

-Unpairing all in lighthouse_console.exe.

-Dev settings remove USB devices.

-Restarting PC/SteamVR/Both controllers/Etc

I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling SteamVR, still nothing

Pairing from lighthouse_console.exe doesn't work either

Absolutely nothing I have tried has worked.

Please dear God someone help.
