Valve Index side of the headset broken

My son stepped on it :steamsad:
Does anyone know if there is a chance of fixing this? I have no idea in which order those 3 parts have to be inserted so I cant even try to put it back in.

Any tips would be much appreciated. If I lose the flexibility of the heasset so be it.

I did. And to my surprise they asked for a shipping address for a replacement. :steamthumbsup: Didnt expect that since the purchase is almost 2 years ago. Props to that!
