Stuck in the floor

Help! I just got an HTC Vive Pro 2 and can't seem to get Steam VR working properly. After going through the calibration process, it puts me in a 3D house of some kind, with menus on the walls. Only, I'm stuck in the floor and it looks really glitchy. My PC is most definitely VR capable so that can't be the issue. I just want to be able to walk around this 3D house without being stuck underneath of it. I tried multiple methods of calbiration but the results are no different. When I'm in a sitting position, I'm stuck under the house. But when I'm standing up, my view appears just above the floor, and that doesn't look right. I've seen many videos of SteamVR in action and others aren't having this issue. Is there a bug with the Vive Pro 2 or is there something else I can do to fix this? Thanks!

Sounds like your room setup didn't set the floor height properly. Try it again, follow all the directions closely. Make sure you have no reflective surfaces around your playspace.
