Also consider disabling the passthrough camera during testing. Make sure your ram isn't overclocked, and read the rest of the thread below for other solutions.

There are various solutions (as pointed out in the threads above) but depending on your spesific hardware, a PCI-E USB card might well be your only way to resolve the issue.
Hate to say it but it's not the headsets at fault...it's the way ASUS made that motherboard.
