Too tall in every game

In all my vr games im too tall to do anything for example the start button on The Lab is below the (real) ground so I cant select it and in Super Hot I have to get on my knees to hit anything. I have read mentions of a steam vr room set up which I cant find on my steam vr app iv only got tutorial and media player. Im using a dell vrp100 windows mixed vr headset and accompanying controllers.

On your desktop there should be a small window titled SteamVR Status, there is a drop down menu in the top left corner of it, open that and the top item will be Run Room Setup.

Another option, run ChaperoneTweak[github.com] to edit your space.

Or, install Advanced OpenVR Settings[github.com] and use Floor Fix or the editing options.
