How to activate Hand tracking in pico 4?

I bought a Pico 4 and found out that it has support for "hand tracking", however, when this feature is enabled in Pico and in the VRChat game, nothing comes out, when the controllers are turned off / inactive, the hands simply disappear or become inactive. Anyone who has encountered something like this, please help.
