Vive Ultimate Trackers Are not pairing. Help

Ive been trying to pair these trackers for two hours by going to Vives support website, youtube, and reddit. No one seems to have a solution to my issue. Whenever I am trying to pair the trackers to the software I first have to turn off one of the controllers to 'Pair another controller'. then when i select 'use a different controller > HTC Tracker' either nothing happens, or an error pops up saying controller timed out. Ive tried different ports on my pc for the dongle, I tried wiping all controller data, restarting my pc and steamVR, pairing a 2nd or 3rd tracker, and Ive been placing the tracker and dongle closer to my base stations. Please help

Try unplug and plug the headset usb that is connected behind to your linkbox when that happens (there are three things connected, is the one at the left). That works for me when that happens, it's a vive issue and lately i'm having different problems with vive in general, it's a sh*t.

I figured out my issue not too long after this post. I had to download the Vive vr software and get a code from their discord to get it to link to my steamVR. Now i just have an issue of when they connect, its either stuck on syncing or lost tracking. Im so new to using fbt its a struggle lmao. I tried moving the dongle closer to my play area and i only have 2 base stations. i get an error of its too dark in my room but when i turn the light on its still the same issue. Is there such thing as too much light?
