quest 2 steam vr
i have been trying for 3 days to figure out how to get my steamvr and quest 2 linked the only way i got it to work is quest 2 steam link but that has low frame rates i just need help finding how to fix it

1st step, have Steam VR installed on steam
2nd step you either use Meta Quest Link or Virtual Desktop to connect to your PC and run your games. (I recommend Virtual Desktop) Steam VR will automatically start when you run VR games from steam. Or you can manually start Steam VR and run the games from inside it.

make sure you have a good router properly set up for wireless 5/6G or proper link cable.
