Also it *might* if you delete the registry keys for the oculus' monitor (while having the rift disconnected of course).

(classic update speach) updating the runtime, steamvr, steam and the firmware might also help cause well, why not.
Also post your vrserver- and client logs here, maybe there is something importand.
