Not able to move in VRChat, unable to back to default.

I use a quest 3s and steamVR wireless.
I looked around in the steam binds and now am unable to move in VRC, I have reset all binds to default, uninstalled the game and steamVR, deleted and reinstalled all files related to VR, yet when l look in VRC I hav no option to Look Around or Move Around. I had it working, then something happened and no dice. though it still works on my other computer.
Do anyone know how to get it all back to default, or transfer from on pc to another? or something idk??

I'm having this same issue. Whatever the recent update did has ruined head and hand tracking in most games.
