Steamvr looks bad at Meta Quest airlink 2.4ghz wifi.
Steamvr really looks bad when i play. Its blurry and laggy. I know its because my wifi is 2.4ghz and not 5 or 6. But any tips how to solve this? Possibly without doing anything with the wifi.

Nope, all you can do is use 5GHz or preferably WiFi6, if wanting to go wireless. Alternatively, go cabled.
