SteamVR

SteamVR

SteamVR pairs to my 3.0 vive trackers, but does not track them.
If there was an award made for whoever explored the internet the most, the award would belong to me because i have looked through everything and everywhere for a fix for my issue, or even somebody who knows what is going on and yet i have found nothing.

I used to use a oculus quest 2, but when my problem occurred I had switched from the quest 2 to 3s. (Switching them out has not fixed the issue)
my current setup.
quest 3s, 4 vive 3.0 trackers, 2 2.0 base stations
using virtual desktop, and open space calibrator.

The actual issue. My trackers pair fine to my steamvr, their green, but they do not track. The issue I believe is my basestations. Both are on different channels but whenever I plug them in, they usually would blink purple for a couple seconds and then turn green, however now when using them they blink purple for well over a minute, along with the channel icon being visible and lit up, however when it does turn green, the channel icon is no longer visible unlike how it normally is when I used my fbt without issue. Along with that, unsure is this is needed, but when my basestations worked fine, everything worked fine with no issues, they would vibrate slightly on their stands (when it was green w/ the channel icon visible), now however when it turns green after a couple ages of blinking purple, it is not vibrating.

now I dont believe this is a tracker issue, but i have tried every fix I could think of such as,
repairing each of my 4 trackers to their dongles individually
uninstalling and reinstalling steamvr 3 times
uninstalling and reinstalling open space calibrator twice
using different headests (quest 2 and 3s)
i even followed a comment on a post that described my issue, which the fix was the following C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SteamVR\drivers\lighthouse
Open it with a text editor, change "always active" to true, and save the file.
and yet that did not work and so i reverted it back to false.

these trackers are treating me like an ex boyfriend. i have even talked to friends of mine with similar setups or just people with fbt in general and nobody knows whats going on with my trackers or base stations. short of wiping my pc and reinstalling windows and hoping that works, i have no idea what else to try. i will literally sell organs at this point just to find out why this isnt working. one morning my steamvr and fbt works fine, the next morning and steamvr decides to make me suffer.

pls, id really like to not have wasted 1k for this fbt to only be able to have used it for a couple months. im not a tech person so if anybody knows whats going on or has experienced this before please i would very much like to use my trackers again :)
