Index Base Station RMA

I recently had to get one of my index base stations warrantied because the IR laser thought it'd be a good idea to up and die on me, steam accepted my RMA request, sent me the label and the paper to put inside the box, I sent it, it was received by valve 2 days ago, and I haven't heard anything from them. No conformation that they received it, nothing since they sent the label. Does anyone know how long this experience can take?
