Steam VR Bluetooth BT-232

I keep getting this bluetooth error and my base station wont track anything I already switched to a backup base station and its still doing the error like whats going on I factory reset my computer and still doing the same thing could someone please help I know its not my cable because its brand new was working fine a few days ago then all a sudden constant blyetooth error in steam VR

Sometimes i'll get into a game then all a sudden my headset looses tracking everything turns grey..
