My Oculus Quest 3S will not connect to my PC

Hello, everyone,

I am having an issue when connecting my Oculus to my Steam VR. When loading the SteamVR App and connecting my device it gives me a message that says " VIDEO ENCODER ERROR" (Couldn't set up a video encoder. Your GPU may not be supported, or your GPU may need an update.) I have a Intel® Arc™ A380 Graphics Card that has VR capability (HEVC (H.265)) Can anyone guide me in the right direction? I have already updated my GPU and everything else that was needing to be updated.

Try changing the codec to H.264.

Run the debug tool as administrator and try another codec, then on the debug tool go at the top, to service, and restart the oculus service for the changes to be set.
The debug tool is in C>Program Files>Oculus>Support>oculus-diagnostics
