Top 5 by Preference
1) From Other Suns - It would certainly be in my top 5 hours, but I have played it on several PCs over the years - so no idea how many hours. Easily the first game I think of when I play VR (Oculus Exclusive which is terrible - yet made me buy a Rift-s just to play)
2) X:Rebirth VR - I love space sims in VR, its clunky and very hard to get going, but first rate visuals, and a game that once you enjoy it, you will want to sink so many hours into. It took me several tries just to get the controls working - now I can't get enough.
3) Half Life Alyx - Every single time I go back to this game I am blown away.
4) Batman: Arkham Shadow - to think this runs natively on standalone hardware... boggles the mind. I love the Arkham series, I've played and finished all the games and when the first announcement for this dropped I would never have thought they could accomplish what they did. (Meta Quest Exclusive - but well worth playing)
5) Walkabout Mini Golf - there is part of me that did not want to put this one here... but I honestly can't help myself. Every new course is an instant purchase. I just keep going back in...
Top 5 by hours played (Valve only - Link Meta doesn't have total hours played)
1) Elite Dangerous (432.5)
2) No Man's Sky (277.8)
3) X:Rebirth VR (138.3 - currently playing this one, it will probably move to the top of the list)
4) Borderlands 2 VR (86 hours, and I want to go back to it)
5) Walkabout Mini Golf (76.3 and currently playing )
Special mention for games I haven't played in forever...
Alien Isolation (54.4 hours) (with the Mother VR mod) - I got stuck and never finished, but amazing game. I don't like horror, but this one is the exception to the rule
The Talos Principle VR (54.1 Hours) - I need to go back and look at it with the Quest 3 to see how good it looks now.
Smashbox Arena (25.3 hours) - it was too much fun - even to play solo against the computer
Vanishing Realms (19.1 hours) - my first VR addiction
The Invisible Hours (10.7 hours) - A murder mystery well worth a play through
The more I look through my library, the more I see that I want to play again or finish or get into. There are plenty of quality VR titles. My only issue is not having enough time
